About the Creator

Jaimie Ames, C.P.S.

Jaimie Ames is the co-founder of Operation H.O.S.T., an organization dedicated to helping military veterans find hope and healing after sexual assault trauma. Through her lived experience, extensive research, and direct work with veteran assault survivors, Jaimie recognized a critical gap in survivor-centered healing tools.

The Healing Journey Workbook was created to bridge that gap — offering a practical, compassionate, and empowering resource designed to help survivors move from victimhood to resilience. Jaimie’s approach centers on dignity, autonomy, and the belief that survivors deserve tools created with deep understanding and respect for their lived experiences.
